原标题：国家防总提升防汛防台风应急响应至三级新华社北京9月13日电（记者严赋憬）记者13日从应急管理部了解到，鉴于台风“梅花”将严重影响我国，根据《国家防汛抗旱应急预案》有关规定，国家防总于9月13日12时将防汛防台风四级应急响应提升至三级，并对台风防御工作作出安排部署。据气象预测，今年第12号台风“梅花”将于9月14日下午至夜间在浙江温岭到舟山一带沿海地区登陆。    (ECNS) -- More than 2,600 photographers from 34 countries and regions and 21 Chinese provinces have registered for the 26th Pingyao International Photography Festival, which will open on Sept. 19 in the ancient city of Pingyao in north China’s Shanxi Province, organizers said Thursday.    The participants have submitted nearly 20,000 works covering social life, landscapes and nature, and conceptual art.
